MATHCOUNTS MISSION
Every year, Rockland County partners with MATHCOUNTS, a national middle school math enrichment and competition program with live, in-person contests held across all 50 states. The mission of MATHCOUNTS is to engage students in creative problem-solving, build confidence in their math abilities, and inspire a lifelong love of learning through challenging and collaborative competition experiences.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Open to students in grades 6–8, the Competition Series offers fast-paced “bee-style” rounds, opportunities to advance to state and national levels, and access to scholarships and prizes. All school types may register up to ten students to participate.
