This 1-hour PDH is presented by Danielle Keahon of Xypex Chemical Corporation.
For over 50 years, Xypex’s unique crystalline technology has provided waterproofing and chemical protection for concrete structures in wastewater treatment facilities and sanitary sewage systems around the globe.
To expand the level of protection and increase the service life of these structures, Xypex has developed Bio-San, which combines its proven crystalline technology with a unique, potent, bio-active antimicrobial.
Designed for elevated hydrogen sulfide conditions.
Reduces risk of microbial-induced corrosion (MIC).
Available for both new and existing structures.
Learning Objectives
1. Understand how crystalline technology works with concrete to provide high-performance waterproofing and chemical resistance.
2. Learn about Microbial Induced Corrosion (MIC) and how our antimicrobial crystalline “Bio-San” can protect your project from MIC, sulphates, chlorides, and other aggressive chemicals.
3. Understand traditional waterproofing systems' limitations, the high costs, and how Xypex diverts these challenges.
4. Learn how creating performance-based waterproofing and chemical protection specifications can ensure fewer problems and a longer lifecycle for your project.
Presenter Qualifications
Xypex Presenters are experienced construction professionals. Their qualifications include formal manufacturer training and field experience.
